Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueHours are from 10AM-7PM. Called at 12:30 to confirm they were open and take walk ins. Show up an hour later and they have their doors locked and no one will open the door even though there are people inside. I called because they wouldn’t open the door and speak to me face to face. Hours are from 10AM-7PM. Called at 12:30 to confirm they were open and take walk ins. Show up an hour later and they have their doors locked and no one will open the door even though there are people inside. I called because they wouldn’t open the door and speak to me face to face. They don’t use any kind of sign in sheet so you don’t know where you are in line. We waited 45 minutes and watched people walk in and go into chairs and some of them were pairs who went to different barbers so I doubt they had appointments.
