Critical: PunctualityI have been going here for years, but unfortunately their need to make money and not care about the client has become a problem. I’m a very patient person, but when you go in time and time again with a scheduled appointment and have to soak your feet for over an hour it can be frustrating. I had a 1:00 appointment, they soaked my feet until 2:10 and still weren’t ready for me. Sadly, I did not get a pedicure, I had to leave because I have other things to do. I wish they could just be honest, rather than keep blowing me off, saying they will be with you soon. Sadly, I will not be going here anymore. I have been going here for years, but unfortunately their need to make money and not care about the client has become a problem. I’m a very patient person, but when you go in time and time again with a scheduled appointment and have to soak your feet for over an hour it can be frustrating. I had a 1:00 appointment, they soaked my feet until 2:10 and still weren’t ready for me. Sadly, I did not get a pedicure, I had to leave because I have other things to do. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI have been going here for over a year now,. It is the first nail salon I have ever faithfully stuck with in the area. The last manicure I tried powder and it flaked off in a week or less. Because I work full time I could not get back to the salon until the weekend. I simply asked to have it removed and they were going to change me because I was “out of the 10 day window” at 11 DAYS. When I was getting my nails done a lady came in with the some complaint from a manicure almost 2 weeks ago and they offered her A FREE MANICURE. This is disgusting to me. In addition to this, the manicurist cut my cuticle on 3 nails, which I did not complain about at the time. I have been going here for over a year now,. It is the first nail salon I have ever faithfully stuck with in the area. The last manicure I tried powder and it flaked off in a week or less. They offer a plethora of services/unique nail designs and maintain a very clean environment (one that allows me to feel safe in lieu of the pandemic). I often make appointments ahead of time with Amy, and she never fails to exceed my expectations. I have been going to Jax Beach Nails Spa for about a year now, and every visit has been a wonderful experience. They offer a plethora of services/unique nail designs and maintain a very clean environment (one that allows me to feel safe in lieu of the pandemic). I often make appointments ahead of time with Amy, and she never fails to exceed my expectations. Definitely a go-to nail salon of Jacksonville Beach.

Critical: QualityThe pedicure was nice until the polish was applied. Looks like a weeks worth of nail growth at base. Manicurist went so fast and kept checking her cell phone. She left so much unpolished space at the base of nail because it would have taken too long to do it right. I am sorry to write that this was the worst mani/pedi I have ever had. The pedicure was nice until the polish was applied. Looks like a weeks worth of nail growth at base. Manicurist went so fast and kept checking her cell phone. She left so much unpolished space at the base of nail because it would have taken too long to do it right. I am sorry to write that this was the worst mani/pedi I have ever had. New clients seem to be of no interest to these folks.
