Excellent customer service!! Place has an upscale look inside and is very clean. Fast service although I recommend making an appointment. Long/Nicole was my nail tech and she did a great job and was patient to listen to me as far as what I wanted done. She’s a sweetheart. I’d recommend that the shop management consider painting their colors on a nail pallet display so that customers have a better visual of the color they are choosing. They have the colors on the wall in the bottles but gel colors don’t always appear the same in the bottle as they do on the nail. I will return and get more services. So far, so good. Great prices too!

The staff is friendly . But I picked out a color for my nails and was given a completely different color than I wanted. Upon noticing the color was completely different. She ignored me and kept painting my nails. I absolutely hate the color I have on my nails now. But I paid 30 dollars for them to be done. So now I’m stuck with an ugly brown color that I never wanted instead of a beautiful iridescent color I picked out.

Went in for a treat for myself and my husband. We walked in, they were not busy at all so they accepted us which was great. I asked for dipped nails. The guy who was at front desk did my nail. Briefly used the drill to remove old polish. He then briefly filed my nails and added powder. There was no cleanup of cuticles around my nails. He said they don’t do that with dipped nails. I’ve been to many salons and never have experienced this before. This was disappointing!! I will not be going back for dipped nails.

Pretty salon ugly Customer service. I’m a business owner and customer service is a top priority in any business and this is why they get two stars. Then he did a rushed job because he was trying to do my nails and someone else’s at the same time. Only two in the salon that could actually do anything artificial so the wait was extra long!

And while the women Kim who did my nails did a wonderful job and they look amazing, it was very short lived. I got home and took a shower and the gel nail polish from 2 of my toes completely feel off… I went back the next day and had them fixed… maybe a week later my finger nail started to peel off like press on nails. One of the worst places I have ever been seeing as there are way over priced! I paid 106 dollars for a pedicure and full set. While this place is very beautiful and clean inside, I did not enjoy my experience! The women who did my pedicure rushed the entire time, I did not enjoy it! And while the women Kim who did my nails did a wonderful job and they look amazing, it was very short lived. I love going to java nails. Ask for Anne, she did them perfectly. I am very picky and particular with how my nails are done and it took me forever to finally find someone who dose them right. No crooked nails. No lifting for over 2 weeks after with acrylic and gel nail polish, and the paint job was great as well. No complaints at all. I am just so excited and happy I don’t have to look anymore for a great nail tech. On top of that they are really nice people that work there. I also had the guy do them the very first first time I went in, and I remember I was happy with them at that time as well. I HIGHLY recommend going there. Thank You Anne!
