If I could give 0 stars I would. My husband has been going here for a few months now, with okay haircuts. Since he has had a good experience in the past, and his usual barber wasn’t available, he trusted the other barbers would be equally good, so he tried seeing Jaeden for the first time. After showing him a picture, and describing what he wanted, Jaeden did not cut at all like what my husband showed him/described. The best way I can describe what he wanted was a classic side brushed comb over (like the first two pictures). He ended up with an incredibly uneven cut that almost looks like he has a wig attached to the top of his head (last picture). He tried going back to get it fixed, but there’s only so much you can do when the cut has been completely botched. Now he refuses to go anywhere without a hat on and this has completely ruined his self-esteem. He will NEVER see Jaeden again and is now hesitant about coming back here again at all because he doesn’t trust them anymore to go off what he describes and shows in pictures, and not completely screw up his hair. Very disappointing, to say the least.
