Came here for a full set first time being there the atmosphere is amazing and has the best customer service they were even so helpful when I had to suddenly leave for a little bit due to m dog and allowed us to come back and finish me and my friends nails I highly recommend this place everyone is so friendly and kind! My sister and I had an appointment at 10AM. The back door was unlocked, so we walked in. No one was there. We waited out in the car for someone. Finally, at 10:10, two people show up. They never apologized for being late, making us wait, etc. The lady who did my nails barely said two words to me, but the lady doing my sister’s nails was very talkative and personable.

I was so excited to see a salon in my neighborhood that was convenient. The lady who did my eyebrows was nice and friendly and did a good job on my eyebrows so I decided to continue to do business here ever 2 weeks for the last couple months I’ll walk in with no problem unfortunately the owner now knowing that’s a black woman isn’t so pleasant. She don’t put her customers first she seen me come into her shop for the 3rd time in the last couple days trying to get my eye brows done and today… was just something I wasn’t use to. The lady who do eyebrows was doing the owners nails she had me waiting 15 minutes if not longer before I got up.. im like you work here it take a few minutes to do eyebrows it should’ve been communicated with me that it was going to be awhile before she can get to me… after I called so that’s what’s even more irritating.. lack of communication and unprofessional.. The owner and this is why I don’t support my own ppl because of situations like this.. long wait time, rude, over priced, and not professional.

Came in on a Sunday after work hoping to get my nails done before my trip. The girls were super cool and friendly. The girl who did my nails didn’t file them down correctly so they were a bit chunky and bulky and looked a little grown out as if I would need a fill in that next week. When I got to my vacation destination I had to get them fixed for $20. Might return and ask for a different nail tech.
