I was very impressed with these ladies. They got my friend and I in, last minute, with just a couple minutes notice! They were kind and gracious. The atmosphere was welcoming and comfortable. I had my nails done and my friend had a pedicure. Even a week later my nails still look pretty good and, since I’m a wire wrapper, I’m not really gentle on them. They were fast and efficient and did a fantastic job. Definitely going to go back. We were both very impressed!

Went in with a friend today, loved the atmosphere but the actual manicure I got was terrible. We were offered waters but never received them, she didn’t push my cuticles back so they look like they’re already grown out and she was overly aggressive when hand filing (I’m aware they usually go fast with much pressure and usually am fine with my pain tolerance, but it was very painful to the point I couldn’t help wincing). The form is all sorts of crooked (the pic is after I filled the sides straighter), and I asked if she could do small swords on one nail each hand (she said she could) but they’re just sloppy upside down crosses and as a non religious person it makes me look/feel extremely disrespectful.

We gave this salon two tries because the first time we went was on Mother’s Day, and we decided to try again because they were very busy for the holiday. The second try was the worst pedicure service I’ve ever had. We had an appointment for 10 AM for three pedicures, they made us wait almost half an hour to sit down, and then another half an hour before they actually got to my toes. And we ordered the classic pedicure but they gave us express pedicures (no hot stones, no massage) without consulting us. The lady just said “sorry about that” and handed us a 20% off coupon to use on a future pedicure. The pedicure it self wasn’t great, she was obviously rushing and was very rough on my toes. Skip this place, there’s better pedicure salons in Gig Harbor.

They give very rushed service and the polish starts chipping within 24 hours. The girl Victoria is really bad at nails to the point that the nail work looks like it is two weeks old. I got a pedicure here as well and she goes from starting your pedicure then runs off and does someone else’s nails and comes back to do a little more of your pedicure and so on. The service quality of this establishment is poor.

Would not recommend. The woman that appears to be in charge is cranky and moving to fast to ever understand what she’s saying. Not enough staff for the amount of people they allow to come in for services. They are constantly rushing from person to person and the work is mediocre at best. The pedicure was maybe 10 min with cold water. Will not be returning.

Not very good. Felt very rushed, left my old polish on and painted over it. When they did my fill they left rough residue on my skin. Also, didn’t file nails down well, very rough. Owner/manager did my nails, will never go back.

I am really disappointed to share this review, but felt it’s only fair. We came in for our scheduled pedicure appointments and arrived early. They sent us to our chairs where we sat 30 minutes with no water in our bowls. They eventually started one of us while the other two continued waiting. My sister got her pedicure going from a rushed Victoria who proceeded to smack my sister’s feet the whole time They started my water which was cold and then started mom’s. Half way through my sister’s pedicure she moved to a walk in client. Someone finished my pedicure + my mom’s and my sister just sat there. They continued taking walk-in clients. We asked if they could finish my sister’s have done pedicure they stated “no time” — uhhh? We had these booked for
