Jasmine is amazing at what she does! And she does it all- from hair, nails, facials, and lashes. She was able to squeeze me in on short notice and did an absolutley incredible job with my dermaplaning and lash services! Critical: QualityI was excited to try this salon but am ultimately disappointed. My dip manicure is awful. I feel like she rushed it. There was no actually manicure done. She did not clean up my cuticles and left a huge gap when applying the polish. four days later my nails look two weeks old. The polish is too thick and lifting up already. Already have to get them redone at a different salon. I was excited to try this salon but am ultimately disappointed. My dip manicure is awful. I feel like she rushed it. There was no actually manicure done. She did not clean up my cuticles and left a huge gap when applying the polish. four days later my nails look two weeks old. The polish is too thick and lifting up already. My lashes initially looked great, but when they started to fall off in about a week and a half, I contacted Jasmine (who put them on). She told me it was likely from side sleeping. I told her I sleep on the opposite side (lashes first started falling off on one eye) and I never heard back from her. There was no offer to have me come in to take a look or put things right.All of the lashes fell off within 2-3 weeks! I had waited 48 hours after getting them before I let water touch them, and I know how to care for lash extensions as I’ve had them done like half a dozen times before (from a different place) and never had this experience—they always lasted much, much longer.All in all a really expensive experience to have last only for a week before beginning to fall apart.Edit: This is in response to the owners reply to my review. She talks at length in her reply about how 95% people come back for a “fill” at two weeks past getting lashes put on. My lashes were beyond a fill at two weeks. I’m no stranger to having professional lashes; I know how high maintenance they are.I wrote this review in part because the lashes seemed to fall out so quickly but also in larger part because Jasmine didn’t really seem to care about me as a customer.She never explained a policy, she never invited me in to take a look at my lashes after I explained that there might be an issue. Her text messages were very short and impersonal unless I asked her to please explain. For example, when I first politely texted her about the lashes falling out a lot, she only wrote back one word: “sleeping”. So the next day since she never wrote anything else, I asked her if she could please explain what she meant, and then she gave me a more detailed explanation that she thinks I’m sleeping on that side and that’s why they are falling out. When I told her I don’t sleep on that side and could she please help me, I never heard back from her.Well, that is until she saw that I posted this review online a month later. Then I get a long angry text about how could I have reviewed her business negatively. Once noting that the reviews where pretty high I made my appointment, I honestly really enjoyed the energy and the way that she did my hair. She is very talkative and is willing to talk during the session.
