I love my nail design. I got a pink and white gel French tip. The only thing I wasn’t pleased with was the execution of my manicure. I had the previous gel removed with a drill instead of being soaked off. My nails were so brittle under the new gel that most of my nails cracked. Also, I didn’t receive anything besides a color change, yet I paid for a gel manicure. A manicure should include a soak, scrub, hand massage, SOMETHING. For the price I paid I was disappointed with the complete execution and felt everything was rushed.

Nice work. Staff is very friendly. Went in for Mani and Pedi. Ended up with Dip nails and $35 regular Pedi. I was told one price but later at check out charged more. My mistake, Establish price before hand. I wanted nail cuticles/skin cut but that didn’t happen because she stated it would just cause more skin growth??? Just use more lotion.

Went there with my mom for the first time and absolutely IN LOVE with my nails. Back at the previous salon I used to go to my basic fully set took HOURS to complete. Jasmine on the other hand made them so beautiful in a short about of time! Definitely, will be coming back.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityNo resolution when told that I wasn’t satisfied, another tech and the owner attempted to fix my nails too just putting glitter on top of glitter but after I washed my hands not even a top coat was placed on them for smoothness… yes my nails are left rough from the glitter. No one asked was it better or anything but I’m sure that my face said it all… even with a mask. No discount, sorry… nothing. I used to love this place. This was a total let down for me. No resolution when told that I wasn’t satisfied, another tech and the owner attempted to fix my nails too just putting glitter on top of glitter but after I washed my hands not even a top coat was placed on them for smoothness… yes my nails are left rough from the glitter. Edited: First time here Sat 3/6/2021. They don’t seem to understand when you keep saying shorter on toe nails. Had to go back next day bc my gel polish peeled off in less than 24 hrs then it only lasted 5 days. My best friend’s chrome dips were awesome, but peeled on day 3 and chipped on day 5. We will not be going here ever again.
