I love the finished product! The only downside to my experience was that the removal of my old acrylics was done with what looked like a paint spatula; it removed a lot of my natural nails as a result. But Henry was very kind, frequently checked in and asked if I was happy/liked everything. I will definitely come back and next time will ask for a removal via soak.

Definitely not recommendable. My 14-year-old daughter just went there and came back devasted and was crying. Just because she found out that she didn’t like the original design and changed her mind the shop owner got angry and treated my daughter very bad. If you offer a service to a client and treat your clients like this you should consider working in a basement. Moreover the price was supposed to be 50 USD and then my daughter was charged 70 USD. A receipt wasn’t even issued.

Visiting from out of town, I was able to have a fill done with the new Gel-X. I am impressed that they have the new product and technique down so well. They have excellent skill in their nail painting. The pedicure chairs were nice. Everything was clean. They got me in right away as a walk in for a pedicure and then I made an appointment for the next day fill. There was no down time, they worked on my services right away. I also watched as others came in. In each case, they didn’t make people wait. There were no false promises of pick a color and then wait 10 minutes that turns into 20. They really honored their appointments and their statements that they could take you now. This is an excellent nail salon.
