Critical: Professionalism, QualityI really wanted to love this nail salon but after today, I just can’t! I went in for the first time about a month ago, got my nails they looked great I did notice they were a little thinner then I’m used to but nonetheless I loved them. About 6 days later 3 of them popped off while I was washing dishes which had never happened before. So I just popped them all off.I went 4 days ago to get a full set and pedicure.I mentioned how the nails only lasted me 6 days and if she could make them a little thicker. She didn’t. Only 4 days later I go on vacation and my thumb nail completely popped off causing damage to my real nail, it’s been 2 days and I’m still in pain.Let’s not even talk about Pedicures. I paid $45 for the Volcano Spa and all they did was put scrub on my legs for 5 minutes, cut and painted my toes.. they didn’t grate my cheese or anything.Spent $130 to be in pain and unsatisfied.Service: Acrylic nailsI really wanted to love this nail salon but after today, I just can’t! I went in for the first time about a month ago, got my nails they looked great I did notice they were a little thinner then I’m used to but nonetheless I loved them. Very cute place. Does not have massage chairs but the interior design is nicely laid out. It’s also nice to try other brands of polish than just OPI and still be pleasantly surprised with the outcome. A pinch of Authentic Asian tradition as well. Very well staffed!

The place is super cute, probably the best looking salons in Chelmsford BUT my nails chipped after one day. Those are gel nails that usually last at least two weeks…! Very disappointed.
