Went to Jasmine Massage for some neck and shoulder pain, bad enough that I couldn’t turn my head to the side without it hurting. Decided to try a trigger point massage, and boy it was brutal. The results were very noticeable after just 1 or 2 sessions, but I’m still going to see her to work out some kinks in my back, and I honestly feel better every week. Really terrible customer service. The bottom sheets are not changed between customers – instead she soaks the face hole with alcohol between each customer. She was annoyed when I said I could not breath because of the strong alcohol smell. We started 15 minutes late and she blamed me for needing the sheets changed (so I could breath), and only gave me a $5 discount. My husband had the same experience, and she was arguing with the patron before us who was saying he didn’t want to pay full price. She also answered the phone during both of our massages and during my massage was trying to justify why the strong alcohol smell was there (would not let me relax and actually enjoy my massage). She refused to smell it herself and was wearing a face mask.
