Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueThe woman cannot take any feedback. I politely advised her that I will not be doing laser hair removal as I was not seeing results. She lashed out on me as people troll on FB. I was not attacking her as I was very polite yet honest as to why I would not want it in future. Also she has no magnifying glass or light focused on face when she is doing C resurfacing. How do you not take interest to look at your clients face if you are charging so much? She seems least interested in how treatment is panning out. She only cares about money. Does not give a faint idea to a client as to when and how long it can take for results. The woman cannot take any feedback. I politely advised her that I will not be doing laser hair removal as I was not seeing results. She lashed out on me as people troll on FB. I was not attacking her as I was very polite yet honest as to why I would not want it in future. Also she has no magnifying glass or light focused on face when she is doing C resurfacing. Critical: QualityI do not recommend this place. I was given a Groupon for vein treatment. The laser machine literally has duct tape on it. For this type of procedure that requires the laser to be at a strong setting, it was incredibly painful. I’ve had other laser procedures done and never experienced pain like this. I told her that I don’t wish to continue the vein treatment due to the pain and asked if she could convert my remaining FIVE appointments to a hair service, and she said no. I do not recommend this place. I was given a Groupon for vein treatment. The laser machine literally has duct tape on it. For this type of procedure that requires the laser to be at a strong setting, it was incredibly painful. I’ve had other laser procedures done and never experienced pain like this. This was $400 I expected results to happen at least within the first 6 weeks. The first 3 days I swelled like a blimp. My face was hot and red. It never peeled like she said. I even had a fever for a week. The treatment left the top layer of skin with lots of burned markings for over 2 months. Come to find out after getting the opinion of another laser clinic she didn’t even penetrate the lower layers of skin. I didn’t go outside anywhere for 2 weeks. I had the co2 resurfacing done. After lots of research and contemplating I finally chose Jasmine because of her professionalism and knowledge of the treatment I was getting. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueDr. Nada is extremely professional and does an amazing job. My hair is reduced by a lot and I’ve only been going here maybe 4-5 months now. Don’t pass if you’re thinking of coming here!Service: Laser hair removal
