Wow! This place is incredible! Today my cousin and I got 1 hour combo massages by Nora and Lucy. We have been to many massage places and this one is far and above the VERY BEST of them all. I believe Nora is the owner and she is incredibly conscientious, caring, and very concerned about her clients: needs. I have a very bad hip and Nora was so understanding and able to anticipate that I needed to adjust my position on the table so my hip wouldn’t hurt and she just knew exactly what to do to help me in that regard. Offering pillows or bolsters or just time to get comfortable or take a break, whatever it took she just seemed to know what I needed and I’ve never had any massage person be this understanding before, and I can’t tell you how much I appreciated that. Both of our massages were perfect and both Nora and Lucy were not only kind, but also very consistent in using deep tissue pressure techniques during our massages, and generally just extremely professional. We LOVE this place! It’s the best massage place my cousin and I have ever been to and we’ve probably been to at least 20 massage places that offer combo massage. Also, the price was very fair, and we both got way more than our money’s worth. In addition the building itself is adorable with several beautiful touches and amazing colors throughout. It also has a nice airy feel to it and smelled great. We’ve now plan to come up here monthly from Oakland and Fresno just to have this wonderful experience again and again!

I am surprised by the high reviews here to be honest & wonder if some are fake. This place is very simple, no frills. Everything is cheap. If you come here be sure to bring cash. A 60 minute massage is $75, 90 minute $85 & 120 $95. If you pay with a card you’re charged $5 extra and the only tip option is 30% which seems excessive because they really do the bare minimum. They don’t hand you the tablet to complete the payment yourself when paying with card. The rooms/tables aren’t heated, sheets are thin, no essential oils and oil wasn’t even heated. It was just unscented mineral oil. My massage was ok but the techniques used were super basic and repetitive, not a lot of skill. My door also was not fully closed during the treatment so it was loud the entire time & guys were walking around talking as well. Will not be returning mostly because of lack of pricing transparency & vibes weren’t super relaxing. But overall it wasn’t horrible.

Loved the customer service, the staff is very friendly and professional. The masseurs know their job very well. I’ve been seeing a physical therapist for years until I tried Jasmine Flower Spa, they do a much better job. Totally recommend!

Don’t go here! My masseuse was nice but the “manager” tried to charge me $25 more than the advertised price and a $10 fee to pay by card. It’s a scam.

Horrible customer service. When a customer calls in for an appointment and YOU assign a time to come in, it is expected that the time that YOU appointed is held for that customer. It is my impression that you take walk ins over appointments and your bottom line is have your beds filled to serve your bottom line. I was an existing customer but will not return. Not getting the massage isn’t the end of the world but what upsets me is the indifference I was shown when told we don’t have any availability for you today. Excuse me??? They didn’t ask for me to come back later, take my phone number, apologize….nothing.
