I wanted to give Jasmine 5 stars, I really did especially after I expressed upset with my original style and she offered to braid it over for free! That’s incredible customer service because I have a lot of hair! However, I cannot ignore the poor business practice. She overbooks her clients. If my appointment is at 8am, and I show up at 7:45 I expect to be seen by 8am or close to it! On both appointments I had to wait an hour before she started my hair so that she could braid others before me. Why would I make an appointment if you’re not going to honor the time set? Additionally, her assistant braider does not care about the work that she does and it shows with all her clients. She’s very rough on the scalp and her braids just do not look as good as Jasmine’s. Not a great first time experience overall. But options are limited in the Beaufort area and Jasmine is really nice.

Critical: PunctualityHad a slight attitude attitude! Was given a time to show up only to wait an hr after my schedule time to get my hair done. The lady who was doing my hair clearly needs to learn how to do simple braiding because pulling someone’s who hair is thick apart by yanking there head isn’t the way to go! Asked if they took card which I was told yes only to ask if I could pay another way. I guess next time I’ll just not be lazy and braid my own hair.Had a slight attitude attitude! I’m new around here and I haven’t got my hair done with weave since I was in the 7th grade because I lost my edges. It’s been YEARS. I had to go to jasmine and get my hair done for this event that is coming up. When I say she did an AMAZING JOB! I can’t think her enough!!! I didn’t have faith at first because I was afraid that I was going to lose some hair in the process but OMG, I highly recommend y’all going to go see this women.
