Critical: ValueWent in with my mother, niece, and daughter for pedicures. The lady did really good with my niece and daughter. A guy did my pedicure and it was a horrible experience. When he started, more customers were coming in so he was rushing…..rubbed the scrub on my legs for like 2 seconds and then washed it off and let the water out, he then painted my toes and did a horrible job at that…..then rubbed a little lotion on my legs and walked off. The lady who did my mom’s pedicure as well did it fast but did a better job at the polishing and ending up having to repaint all of my toes. To me, the point of a pedicure is to focus on my feet and for u to not even rub them at all, I shouldn’t have paid for the service. My daughter wanted a mani and pedi and the other two of us just pedis. My daughter’s services were done in less than 18 minutes – no massage, no lotion, just a quick fingernail and toenail polish. He barely trimmed her toe nails and cuticles and did neither of those things with her fingernails. I asked him if he was going to do the massage part of her treatment and he said yes….but went on to do someone’s nails and never came back to her. My pedicure was supposed to be a deluxe pedi and the only thing better about mine was I did get a minimal leg massage (no foot massage) and the hot wax treatment. The third pedi was also mediocre at best. We were in and out in less than 35 minutes. Basically they’re charging $35 for a $10-$15 foot bath and polish. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueWorst service I’ve ever gotten with my nails! The lady was absolutely rude! Didn’t have the colors I wanted, so I picked something else! They couldn’t do the simple design, I had to have a sticker if I wanted a design! A kindergarten could have done a better job. Cut the nails really short and put tips on, and I only wanted Shellac with my natural nails! When I asked for them to paint a part that they missed she was rougher then.
