Bought a Groupon to get a laser service for spider veins. The appointment was scheduled for November 19. They rescheduled for November 12 at 11:30 am. I got to the location and waited for 20 minutes. Knocked on the door several times. They could have reached out to reschedule things happen. No attempt from the spa. Rude, unprofessional and unkind. I traveled 23 miles to get to their location.

I purchased the full body laser hair removal package. I had my last session in December. My hair got slightly thinner but not gone. 4 months later the hair fully returned to the way it was before I did the treatment even though Sue assured me the treatment yielded permanent hair removal. I messaged sue about it after I completed treatment and she never responded. The machines were dirty. Not sanitized. You could see the build up from previous use. She scoops the ultrasound gel off one part of your body and reapplies it to the next. She burned me a few times by touching my skin on the hot part of the machine. Really a waste of time and money.

Sue has been in the business for many years and is very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain the condition that she is treating and what to expect as far as what is the best treatment and how many sessions you will need. I paid 25 lipotropic inyección, long story I ended getting just one shot , tha lady change the appointment over and over and the she complains about a get a cheap treatment and no reimbursement on it it’s ok , I believe you need to treat your clients with respect cheap or expensive you own respect on your clients and other things is she inject and she don’t have a license to if I’m going to report her to dbpr for such irresponsible person like this I see like she is getting easy money from grupon and treat people like that
