Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueAfter having several venue changes in Kansas City, my son and his fiancee decided to have their wedding in Branson. Since I am from Kansas City, my regular stylist (for over 28 years) couldn’t do my hair. I had no idea how to find a salon that I would be comfortable with. When I called around in Branson, Jan was the one who answered the phone with such a warm and inviting voice, I decided I would go there. I was so scared the morning of the wedding, so uncertain as to how my hair would turn out. Upon walking in, I was greeted with the same warm and inviting voice of Jan. I had an appointment with Norma. Norma immediately put me at ease. She knew exactly how to style it. I just loved this place. I had so many compliments on my hair. If I ever have a need to get my hair done in Branson again, I would not hesitate to go here to have Norma do my hair. After having several venue changes in Kansas City, my son and his fiancee decided to have their wedding in Branson. Since I am from Kansas City, my regular stylist (for over 28 years) couldn’t do my hair. I had no idea how to find a salon that I would be comfortable with. Critical: ProfessionalismUpon walking in for a basic buzz cut, the rude lady stopped me just after entering to ask if i was wanting a haircut. She had one customer visable and said she has no time. End of conversation. No appointment offered, etc. Assuming her cutting skills are equivelant to her customer relations skills, i would not let her trim a stray dog, a sewer rat, or a barbie doll destined for the trash can. I hope your customer base carries you far, as there is no way you will obtain new ones. Upon walking in for a basic buzz cut, the rude lady stopped me just after entering to ask if i was wanting a haircut. She had one customer visable and said she has no time. End of conversation.
