Critical: Cleanliness, ProfessionalismThe worst nail place I been to.Very unprofessional and poor quality!They are rude in every kind of way. Totally mess up your nails and you end up with something totally different then what you asked for and they do NOT fix it! I basically wanted french and manicure!My all nails look different designed each others! She kept dropped tools and didn’t sanitize and use again!When I told my unsatisfied,she asked to other blonde woman,Amd she answered those look nice just need top coat on them! My nails look horrible and picking hairs from my clothes and stuck! I’ve been charged 57$ for mess ! The worst nail place I been to.Very unprofessional and poor quality!They are rude in every kind of way. Totally mess up your nails and you end up with something totally different then what you asked for and they do NOT fix it! I went there a few months ago and I will not be back. I got someone who obviously did not know how to do nails and was very unprofessional. It used to be a great place, but they have really gone downhill.

I used to go here regularly and it was great. The service is not what it used to be. The time I went I got a pedicure and a dip manicure. The manicure was so bad I had to go somewhere else to get it fixed. Yhe dip was thick in odd places and my nailes were not filed evenly. The technician had a poor attitude and I did not feel comfortable going back. I went back several times before this and she was the only person available. The other manicures were equally bad. I have been going here for the last 5 years and have never been offered a drink.

Expensive, not worth it. Went in for a classic pedicure $30.00 wasted plus tip. The guy that did my pedi did a rushed job. Didn’t cut my cuticle. I won’t be back dislike this place. My toe nails were cut wrong. They will try to pressure you into getting more things done like nails and waxing eyebrows. I don’t even have much hair on my eyebrows what can they possibly be waxed. They kept asking after I told them I only wanted a pedi done.

Worst place to get your nails done. I asked for a full acrylic set of gel nails, and they completely messed them up. They didn’t cover the nail bed completely and my nails have lumps where they weren’t filed evenly. The lady was trying to work on multiple people which was a really bad service. When she began to paint my nails she placed them in a solar dryer that wasn’t functioning when I told her the light wasn’t turning on she ignored me. 5 minutes went by and my nails were not dry and she proceeded to touch the nail and ruined it. I told her again that the machine wasn’t working and she Tried to blame me for not telling her. I will not be coming back, staff us rude and their service and product is horrible. Don’t waste your money on this place.

Been going there since June 2014. I alternate between getting a manicure and getting manicure + pedicure. For what it’s worth in evaluating whether you are getting the same kinds of services I am reviewing, I have only natural nails and do not use any gel polish or things like that. My manicures are generally with a woman who goes by the name of Nancy, a sunny, stout woman who is gentle and friendly. I have recommended the shop to a friend who now has made it her regular salon even though she lives much farther away than I do. I find the prices to be reasonable and the services excellent, plus I believe the hygiene there must be good, as in all these months I have never had any difficulties afterward of the kind I know some people have who get manicures regularly.

Very poor service. Please don’t go to this place. I was charged $60 for a service that was basically not worth it. I asked for a pink and white fill, and was flatly told that “we did not have time for it” Then they Filled the pink part only. I Got out of there with my nails looking very ugly, and a week later they have all broken off. The Lady who did my pedicure soaked my feet in water and took them out and polished them, and Charged me $25 for it. If you are a person of color don’t go to this place.

Stopped by here on the way home .. Won’t be coming back. I got a fill and the acrylic wasn’t even fully placed all over the nail bed on a few nails. I mentioned something to her about it and she said well when I paint over it it will cover it ?? I’m going to have to get my nails done in like a week again.. Not happy at all. Shape of the nails aren’t even and I wasn’t even asked what shape I wanted anyway
