I went to this place a few times before and they did an OK job, but today I went to get my brows and upper lip done, the lady just started doing my eyebrows without asking me what I wanted, all she did was ruin my eyebrows and didn’t remove any of the excess hair instead she removed part of the arch of my brow.

Yesterday was the first and last time that I will be using Jannat salon services. No one was at the front desk when I arrived and had it not been for me walking further into the salon I would have been waiting longer for my scheduled appointment. When the workers finally realized I was there, I was put in a chair and some lady (never gave me her name) immediately started working on my eyebrows without asking me what I was wanting. This caught me completely off guard and at that point it was to late to correct what she started. She did a horrible/lazy job on “cleaning up” my eyebrows. I’m so dissatisfied with how they came out plus the service I was given by the team. I’m never coming here again.

Hands-down the best place I’ve ever been, my eyebrows have never looked this good. The woman who did my eyebrows also instructed me on the proper way to care for your eyebrows and how to correct problem areas and better conceal them. This woman really knew her stuff and was able to give me the eyebrows that best suit me not the eyebrows that I wanted which definitely wouldn’t have looked good. I hate having to color in my eyebrows and she went ahead and added a tent to it so I don’t have to worry about it for a while and that’s all I’ve ever wanted I was even considering tattooing my eyebrows until now. I highly suggest this place, I’ve been a lot of places and this one is the best. Great customer service, great employees very clean environment cute little trinkets and rings and very very well priced. This place is going to get big and blowup I can tell. Happy new year

I really like this threading salon, the eyebrows are don’t very nice and the henna is very creative as well as pretty. Their facials are very helpful for acne problems. Also I bought a Mexican from them that helps with acne and it works really well. I really recommend coming here. I also used to have very dark hair and the I dyed it blonde by the lady there and it was done very good. This salon is very modern and it’s a good environment where you can be clam. Overall my experience in this salon was a very pleasant and nice one.
