Critical: Professionalism, QualityI paid $70 for gel acrylic nails and they are not even! Never again will I go back. She told me to come at 11am I left at 2:30pm. Mind you I’m the only one in the shop. I was going to get a pedicure done but once I seen how the nails were coming out I decided not too.

Critical: Professionalism3+ hours for acrylic manicure.The lady was nice but she has no experience on the job. 3+ hours for acrylic manicure.

Critical: ProfessionalismI was told by the owner they had UV gel cause I said I needed a fill & when I was by that area I said how beautiful it looked inside & wanted to give a local business a try. I get there was told I didn’t have an appointment when I did after the owner gave me the proper number to call which isn’t listed. Then was told I can get a fill after they see how my nails looked which I thought was odd. Got there got the pedicure which took over an hour. That I didn’t mind but what I do mind is being told after I’m soaking that they don’t carry uv gel & now I have to get acrylic … 2 in a half hours later I spent 130 dollars on nails I didn’t want but couldn’t walk away from cause I was soaking off what I had … and the nail tech was rude and acted as if I was taking up her time. I was told by the owner they had UV gel cause I said I needed a fill & when I was by that area I said how beautiful it looked inside & wanted to give a local business a try.
