Very great customer service . The owners each visit feel so welcoming and cozy inside with the relaxing music. I always get great compliments on my nails. Tried Janita Nails for the first time and I loved it, very clean facility. I was greeted when I first walked in and offered something to drink. I got my nails done and a pedicure. It was very relaxing with the massaging seats, tranquil music and relaxing scenes on each TV. Thank you, I will be back!

This is a new salon in Sugar Land I wanted to check out. They offered a 30% discount too! I entered the salon and was asked what do you need today? I requested a new full set and a pedicure. The “greeter” said ok and walked away. She came back 2 min later to say your tech is waiting on you. I said oh I wasn’t aware, where do I go. The greeter just pointed towards the end of the shop. Long story shor, the staff here are very rude or maybe just rude to POC. I was the only POC in the salon. I started to notice that other people were greeted warmly with a smile and how may we help you and may I offer you something to drink. I was never offered a anything. I also noticed that a manger asker others how did they like their service. I had nail tech Kelly, who made a rude comment that the design I explained wasn’t going to “look right”. As she proceeded with 1 nail she stopped and said are you sure you like that?? I said that’s exactly what I want and she continued with the rest but with an attitude. Thr manager finally came by, but not to ask me about my experience but to make sure to tell me that it would be an extra $15 for the design I wanted. I couldn’t get out of there fast enough and now I’m having regrets of paying for such terrible service.
