I had such an amazing experience at Jane’s Nail & Spa. The salon was very clean and was not busy. Tony did my dip manicure and regular pedicure and spent so much time making sure everything was perfect ( I would definitely recommend him). The prices are reasonable and I even got a $5 off coupon for my next visit.

She took her time even though I was the last customer in the place. I didn’t feel rushed at all. I like them painted a certain way and shaped too. Jane is very patient and kind and will make sure I am happy with my nails before I walk out the door. They have always been very accommodating and friendly to me and that makes a big difference when you are a picky person like me. Everyone is always welcoming when I walk in the door, they always ask how my dad is who also gets a monthly manicure at Jane’s Nails & Spa and who absolutely loves Lia. I like them painted a certain way and shaped too. Jane is very patient and kind and will make sure I am happy with my nails before I walk out the door. The hours are great but the staff is unbelievably rude. I have gotten my nails done several times to then have them break or chip the next day (always SNS or Gel). When I have gone in to have them fix it (only one nail) they have tried to tell me to come back the next day despite there being only 1-2 people in front of me and 3-4 people working, also I did not arrive anywhere close to closing time. They tried to blame me for not coming back the next day to get something fixed, when I had told them I was going on vacation and that is why I had my nails done. One of the employees tried to tell me that she did not know how to fix a chipped nail and tried to send me on my way. After several other customers commented on my behalf another employee said she could fix it and did it in less than 10 minutes. They may be clean and have great hours but they are not somewhere I would recommend, as they need to seriously work on their customer service.

2 stars just for being open late. Went for a fill in and Gel color ($50) double the price of my usual nail salon but I didn’t mind because I was paying for convince. I can usually go 2-3 weeks in between appointments but 2 days after my appointment here my nails were chipped and color was dull.

So, I went since they were open late.. and I will not be going back. The owner Jane had a bit of an attitude & she was very pushy. As soon as more people came in she suddenly started going quicker on my nails and I left with two of them chipped 5 MINUTES LATER.. Also she told me SNS was $30 which was fine.. than tells me to use the nail machine is an extra $10. I have never heard of that in my life. The only reason they even got 2 stars was because I did like the color selection & that they are open til 11.. but thats about it. I do not reccommend.
