Every time I go to Jane’s nails it is a great experience. They are so friendly and nice. Since I have been going for the past few months they now know me by name. It feels good that they remember who I am. When I am there they always ask how I am and make sure I am always comfortable. Beside the amazing people that work there the work they do is just as great. I would absolutely recommend Wendy for UV gel powder nails and Vivian for massages!

My experience has been bothering me since I had my mani and pedi a couple of days ago. My mani and pedi came out good, but it was the ignorant interaction that is still a bother. I arrived with a face cover. It was appropriate. I’ve been to doctor visits, gyms, stores and in Ubers with my “mask”. I haven’t had an issue until I came here. The guy asked if I could change my mask and put on their surgical mask. He put the box of masks next to me and walked away, as if I had no choice. That was when I acknowledge the lack of knowledge he/they have about this influenza. My mask is a plexiglass/plastic shield which covers my nose and mouth. Ironically, THE SAME protectant that they put in between the customers and the nail techs. So, he believed that their plastic will do its job but mine would not… a face covering is a face covering. They didn’t possess and do not possess the right to tell anyone which masks to wear. I respected the policy by wearing one and now they are telling people which one’s to wear.

my first and will be the only experience was disappointment. according to the reviews I had read before going were a 4.2 but the experience was just awful, bad, NOTHING to right home about. They are rude because they can speak their language throughout my session but the young woman only used hand signals to prompt me to put me feet up or down in the foot spa. smh.. very annoying to have her tap me for every step instead of gently guide or talk to me to say where she needed my feet to be placed. I had a basic manicure and pedicure. the pedicure was about ten minutes long. the young woman rushed through every step of the process. The worst “pedicure” ever. the manicure was just as rushed and barely any cuticle removal. If I could give it no stars I would. Save your money people!!

I get my pedicures here. I do the callous removal, and some people do a better job than others. But they are all friendly, and it’s not expensive (25 w callous removal). Chair massage is excellent.

Told her to cut my nails the slightest amount and she ended up cutting all my nails way to short. She also made them so uneven, some are square and some are round. I heard so many good things about this place i’m very very disappointed.
