Critical: Communication, Professionalism, QualityI agree with the previous reviews. Just had my final treatment at that place and I will not be returning. The laser tech said “after today I will not be servicing your Groupon any more” I said ok and I just simply left because I didn’t plan on coming back due to some previous ridiculous statements the tech made. But I definitely assumed it was because of the vaccine because they were shocked when I said I hadn’t had it yet and started asking other ques. concerning.Also as the other reviewer stated, minimal results noticed. I’ve had my face area treated over 12 times by a different laser center, and before Covid I only needed to come back every 2-3 months for maintenance. Since being serviced at this location I have to come more frequently due to my hair getting out of control. (Thicker then before Covid and faster to grow back). I will be going to my favorite place in college park. Quality and professionalism is hard to find so don’t waste your money. Terrible experience! Front office staff was lovely, no issues. I was visiting for laser hair removal, i purchased six treatments. From the beginning the tech made me feel like an inconvenience. I showed her exactly what area to treat and she couldn’t be bothered. She treated a different area. I went for a second visit and again she was rude. I showed her exactly where I needed it and she again treated a different area. I will not be returning.

Do not waste your time or money! Absolutely no results after 6 sessions of laser hair removal. They are never on time for your appointment so after sitting in the waiting room for 30 minutes you’ll be rushed through a less than 5 minute appointment. There is no discussion of the treatment plan, results, or lack there of.

I came into the office off a Groupon and was denied services because I wasn’t vaccinated. Vaccination is not mandatory! The Groupon did not state that we needed to be vaccinated. If that is your preference and your just that scared then you do not need to be in the Healthcare profession. FYI being vaccinated still doesn’t prevent you from getting the virus it lessens symptoms. Nurse Joyce since you wanted to throw you being a nurse in my face. This nurse was one of the most unprofessional human beings I’ve ever encountered and your license should be stripped. I am reporting you to BBB. What you did to me today was so unethical and the doctor should have said something but she didn’t. I rarely take the time to write reviews, but this place was so bad that I feel it’s my duty to warn the public not to waste their money and time. I bought the Groupon for 6 Brazilian laser treatments, and saw no reduction in the amount of my hair after 4 treatments (after which I stopped going due to a combo of scheduling issues and it being a waste of time). Their hours of operation make it almost impossible for anyone with a typical 9-5 job to schedule an appointment. The customer service is subpar, and the nurse who does the treatments frankly alarms me as a practitioner. As one other reviewer noted, she does not talk to you, she does not formulate a treatment plan, and she does not tell you what she’s doing or what you should expect. They say you can’t put a price on time, but suffice to say that I wasted hundreds of dollars and nine hours of my life that I will never get back. The only positive attribute is that it seemed to meet a minimum level of sanitation. I DO NOT recommend this business.

I purchased a Groupon for laser hair removal. I was very pleased with the result. The practioner who does the laser hair removal is very good, punctual and efficient. After six sessions, the area I had treated is very smooth. They also created a very reasonable “touch up” package to help you maintain your results.

I would never return here to get laser treatments. They don’t speak to you or ask you questions about your hairs. The results are never great, hair grows back too quickly. The sessions are about 5 mins and they never get all the hairs. They don’t tell you the settings they use or speak about results or goals. Nothing. They just laser away then turn their backs. They don’t offer you a mirror. They miss hairs, they don’t look carefully or use magnifying glass. They’re horrible and I see no results. I had a doctor previous to them who had wonderful results, but she’s out of the country now!! So I came to Janelle and they are not customer friendly and most importantly NO RESULTS. Hair grows back a week later.. it should last months!

Got a Groupon and regretted it immediately. It’s impossible to get these people on the phone to schedule appointments. I am angry at myself for not checking reviews first. I am reporting them to BBB. Do not recommend at all.
