I was very disappointed because I was a regular and one day my card would not go through and had experience a family emergency with my son in a tragic car accident so it was a few days before I was able to get back to them about my payment. I was told the owner told my hair dresser she was to never service me again.. I now have a new salon since this place and realize how this treatment was just awful considering I was a regular every 3 weeks and spent a lot of money…like seriously…where was I going..even my hair dresser hit me up on Facebook .. this was a gross experience. I understand the importance of getting paid but wow..

LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS SALON! My mom and I have both been going to Stephanie for a few years now and we absolutely love her! She always does my hair amazing and whenever I want color she does it the healthiest way keeping it clean and with minimum damage! Salon is so comfortable and friendly! I was referred to Stephanie Cox a few months ago by a very good friend. Initially I went in for a scalp treatment, and ended up having her do a root touch up and trim as well. I’m now on my third visit because she’s just that good. She is the sweetest human ever and does a really great job with color. The salon has a really cute style as well and everyone is so friendly.

Katherine Brooks is Amazing!!! I’ve been her client for 11 years, Her talent is unsurpassed. I have difficult hair and have been to many stylists before I met Katherine. I’m originally from Boston and I’m used to high end salons. The first time she styled my hair was the last time I looked for a stylist! She is always professional, knowledgable, engaging, cares about her clients and frankly an incredible person. Her technique is hip and up to date on the latest styles and techniques. I would follow her anywhere and have, and I couldn’t be happier for her opening her own Salon. My boyfriend and I drive to Wildomar from Carlsbad every 5 weeks without fail! I highly recommend her and anyone she hires within her Salon because if they work for Katherine you can be assured they are contiuously keeping up their credentials and knowledge and are of her caliber to work at Jane Michael Salon.
