Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityDo not go here. Made my appt and the day before, she cancelled but we rescheduled. When I arrived, we did not begin the service on time, and finally began about 25 minutes late. Right before we started, Janda put handfuls of beef jerky on the ground for her dog, then began my service without washing her hands. She was also eating a keto bar during the service. Overall, very unprofessional. The most unfortunate part is that my lashes did not come out good. The mapping on both sides did not look the same, and there were 10-15 lashes that she did not even glue on a lash extension too. When I left, i used the spoolie brush she gave me and several lashes and fans fell out minutes after the service. At the end of the service, I tried to point out the area I did not think looked right, and she told me it looked fine and rushed me out because she had her next client. (she was also starting that service 22 min late) I messaged her that evening offering to send pics and asking if she could fix them or what we could do to resolve it, and she responded “I don’t need pics. I know what they look like” but never offered any sort of resolution to this issue, and was also not kind or understanding of having an upset client. this is an extremely upsetting quality of service as well as unprofessional communication.Service: Eyelash extensionsDo not go here.
