Jan Nails is on point every single time!!!! We’ve been going to them since Jenny and Hardy became the new owners and haven’t gone anywhere else since! They truly are the best in the area. The staff is always friendly, clean and there’s sooo many unique colors to choose from!!! The pedicures are amazing and their new massage chairs are very comfortable. Jenny can do any design, all I have to do is show her a picture! I get so many compliments on my nails everywhere I go! I can’t say enough great things about them… I highly recommend 10/10!!!!!

I love this place. Went la princessa bad customer service and way expensive, went to the nail place next to harris teeter in Carolina colours they gave me crooked nails but nice ppl. Jan nails is AMAZING!!! LOVE HER. She is so talented, takes her time, does amazing nail art. Plus she is so sweet and her store is family owned.

I have been going to this place for some time for pedicures and gel manicures & loved it! However, today I received bad customer service from the lady and will not be returning!!! I made an appointment on Thursday for Saturday. I get there today and was told that I was not in the book for an appointment. I said I made the appointment on the phone with a lady, I’m assuming you. So she check the book again and says no, no appointment, maybe you called the wrong place and we don’t have time. I just said ok and walked out. She never offered for me to come back later or anything. I was like wow! I have seen her be rude to others as well.

Good staff…did a great pedicures. Hardy is awesome. We moved but came back to him after a year and he remembered us and did a fantastic job. We will travel the 90 mins once a month just so he can do our pedicures.
