The lady here booked 1 hr for me and then another client arrived and she told me she can do only 30 minutes and I was already in the middle of the session. I said no and then she offered an extra service thinking I was going to accept and finish the session ealier but I did not accept. She only gave me 40 minutes giving excuses that I did not check the time when I arrived. I always check the time everywhere.
