I have received hundreds of massage therapy sessions from more than 20 different terrific LMPs but Jaime Lemmon is in a league of her own.Jamie’s understanding of the relationship between nerves and muscles enables her to deliver focused -effective- treatments that calm the nerves which, in turn, allows the muscles to relax… long-term.With traditional massage techniques the focus is on treating the muscle. This would give me moderate relief for 1-2 days before my nerves would trigger the muscle again and put me back at square 1.When I first came to see Jamie, I was beginning to ask myself how much longer I would be able to do the work that I love so much. Now, after just 6 sessions, I know that with Jaime’s help and my continued focus on fitness and eating a healthy diet I will be able to provide for my family for many years to come.ATTENTION TRADE PROFESSIONALS!!!>>>>>Don’t waste your time and money. I sought out Jamie for a deep tissue massage to work out my tense muscles. She recommended the neural reset therapy, which is NOT a massage and I’m so happy she did. Not only did she help to relieve the muscle tension, she brought awareness to how I exacerbated the problem by not relaxing and in doing so resisting the reset. Massages bring temporary relief, but what she gave me was even better. Never thought I’d leave massage therapy without a massage and actually be pleased about it.

I was experiencing some nerve/muscle pain in my arms that wasn’t going away with pain meds, so I desperately searched online in the area to see if I can get a massage in the same day to see if that would help ease the pain I was experiencing. I came across Ms. Lemmon’s reviews online and thought I’d give her a try. She was very friendly, down to earth, and responded very quickly to my inquiry and what papers I needed to fill out ahead of time for my visit. At my appointment, she listened to me describe the pain I was experiencing and she suggested I try a different therapy instead of the deep tissue massage I initially scheduled, which she explained was called neural reset therapy. Desperate to get rid of the pain, I went ahead with her suggestion, although I’ll admit I was a little apprehensive. Strangely enough though, this therapy did take away the pain, but the therapy itself isn’t what I call “relaxing”, so I think next time I’ll schedule a half neural reset therapy with a half session of relaxing massage. But I will definitely be back!
