Jamie is a wonderful LMT. Went to see her while spending the week at OIB. Very professional and easy to work with. I have a lifetime’s worth of injuries from rock climbing, skiing, mt biking etc, and sometimes they cause me grief. It was easy to communicate my goals for the session to her. She has an amazing feel for tissue and an ability to treat it that only comes from experience. Very holistic. I’ve had many years of body work and she provided some of the best I’ve ever had. She’s a true healer. Highly recommend.

When I first started going to Jamie about 15 months ago, I was crooked and dealing with daily lower back pain and muscle spasms. Jamie was able to come up with a treatment plan and in a few visits I was pain free. Today I still see her for routine maintenance that keeps my back and mind, straight and stress free. She is engaged, caring and one of the most genuine people you will ever meet. Thank you Jamie for all you have done for me!

I have been working with Jamie for over three years. She is incredibly knowledgeable about the muscle and bones structures of the body. She works incredibly hard each time i see her (twice a month) to loosen the muscles in my neck, shoulders, back and hips. I always feel so much better afterwards. I doubt that i would be able to continue working and going to the gym daily if Jamie did not loosen up my muscular problems.

Jamie is a genuine healer! I suffer from arthritis, and some days limited in movement. She zoned in on areas, that I didn’t even realize were an issue, until I could feel the release after her working on the area. I’ve had many massages, but never one that enable me afterwards to twist and turn with ease, and without hearing my joints crack. I felt rejuvenated. Went for a long walk on the beach, and did some stretches she showed, me in the beautiful sunshine. My husband was impressed with my vigor, and stretched with me. He’s not one for massages, but considered going to Jamie. It was a great day, for which I plan on repeating, after more visits to this very knowledgeable LMT!!
