I always have a great experience here. Una at the front is so lovely and welcoming. The massage chairs when you get your hair washed is a nice bonus that I haven’t seen anywhere else. Daniela is the best stylist I have ever had and I will continue to go to her. If I need a trim or a bigger cut/style, she always delivers. Great cut every time.

i came to this salon hoping to go for a dimensional strawberry blonde. i talked with the stylist about it, showed her pictures, and she expressed how excited she was and kept saying how pretty it would look on me. she was really nice and friendly! however, after my initial appointment, my hair did not come out how i wanted at all. there were no highlights, the color was very dull, and didn’t look very strawberry blonde at all. i ended up calling after a few days asking about getting it fixed, and they were absolutely lovely about it. they told me i didn’t have to see the same stylist, and got me an appointment that weekend with Daniela. she and another stylist consulted with me about what i wanted and what had gone wrong the first time, and they were super nice about the whole thing. the receptionist was also very kind and wanted to make sure i was happy. it still didn’t come out totally like how I’d hoped, but it looks better then it did after the first appointment so I’ll take it. i really appreciated how kind they were about it, and even though I’m still not in love with the end result and almost wish I’d gone somewhere else, i did want to leave this review to thank them for being so kind ! i was nervous to call and say i didn’t like it, and even more nervous to go in and fix it, so their kindness and good attitudes were really comforting.

I’ve always gotten my hair cut in a barber shop, but my barber was out of town and I was desperate for a cut. Janelle was my stylist. She gave me the best haircut of my life! She is professional and holds a great conversation. She’s also a licensed barber which made me feel more comfortable. She made great product recommendations that work well with my hair texture and style. The salon is immaculate, and the whole staff was friendly and helpful during the check in/check out process. Janelle has gained a lifetime client!

Danielle is the best!! Her balayage and haircuts are amazing. She is the only hairdresser I have ever had that blow drys my hair without pulling and not making it flat. I usually have to wash my hair everyday, but when she does my blow out and styles it with beach waves I roll out of the bed the next morning looking like I just walked out of the salon. I highly recommend her!!
