I had a hair appointment with a stylist for a partial, the girl was super nice but I ended up not loving the color. The manager promptly called me back the next day, was so genuine about making me another appointment and accommodating my schedule. I saw a different stylist, Karen, and I have never been happier with my hair. Although in the beginning I wasn’t pleased, the experience was still a 10/10. Would highly recommend Karen and I will be visiting again.
