I must say Jean was amazing. First time I went I needed my hair stripped and colored right as I wanted to go gray after COVID as it had grown out so much. She did exactly what I needed. I think it’s the best color I have ever had and I have been coloring my hair for 20 plus yrs. The treatment she gave me kept my hair healthy as well. And then she cut it which has been wonderful. I ask for recommendations on products which once again she knew her stuff so well. My hair is just great! I highly recommend her if your looking for someone professional and yet reasonable. I absolutely loved my experience here. This was my first time here and I have had some bad experiences with colorist. I must say Jean was amazing. First time I went I needed my hair stripped and colored right as I wanted to go gray after COVID as it had grown out so much. She did exactly what I needed. Nice quaint, quiet, upscale salon on the island. Excellent customer service when scheduling appointments etc. Jean did a beautiful job relaxing my hair. She took her time listening and evaluating my hair. Her primary concern was doing what was right for my hair not selling products or services. My hair came out great! It’s very curly so it’s nice to having it smooth and soft again!

Critical: ProfessionalismI do not recommend using Keratin in this salon – I have wasted time and money and my hair still looks like it did before applying keratin.I don’t think they know how to do it correctly.These are not simple, healthy or very bad jobs.I’m disappointed. James is great. He took the time on my consult to discuss my hair type, face shape, my maintenance preferences. We then discussed options. I was lucky enough that he had time to put our thoughts to action. I am totally in love with my haircut. My hair has some htowong to do but it is so refreshing to be able to finish my daily hair routine, smile and feel good about the way my hair looks. Just starts your day off right. Thank you James

The same stylist has cut my hair on and off for over 30 years and I have tried numerous top-tier salons in Vero Beach. I modeled professionally as a child and experienced some of the best stylists when modeling in NYC and for magazines like Vogue. Unfortunately, I have always been disappointed with the stylists locally. I had resigned to the fact that I would never again have a truly talented stylist as long as I lived in Vero. However, that changed with James.
