Over a month ago I called Chea about doing my hair. You know how we sometimes want a different look but have no idea what. I wear my hair natural but was not sure I wanted braids. I did know that I didn’t want to color my hair. Chea took the time to talk with me about different style options, even suggested I could go online and look at styles which I did. I called Chea and said I was ready to get my hair done and had chosen a strong possible style. But I wanted it to be low maintenance for me. I heard her said something about crochet style. I’m like what in the world is that? She explained but I still was unsure. The only thing I knew for sure was that I trusted Chea to come through for me. She had done my hair before and still does my granddaughter ‘s. I went to appointment and sat in her chair , she asked which style I had chosen and I said ‘I’m going to trust your professionalism.

Very bad 1st experience,Chea took 6 hrs of my day to do pigtail goddess braids. I was in there at 3:00 was told to come back at 4:30. It was 6pm before I got in the chair. Granted it was easter weekend. I get it. But I was there til 9:45 and I’m still not sure what took so long. I was extremely tired and I was over charged. I washed my own hair from home. All Chea had to do was put two pigtail braids in. I was over charged $45. My normal hair braid stylist is out of town and charges me $25 for a better style. I wasn’t happy at all the night I left but again, I wasn’t planning to be on there 6hrs. The next morning 9am. I woke up and the braids were starting to unravel. I called Chea and told her what was going on and stressed I wasn’t happy but willing to pay something to get it right. She told me she would call me back. Two days later…no call back. Is this how you do business when someone is unhappy? The worst service I’ve had in yrs. I had to let the public know. This was a bad 1st impression and will never let her touch my hair again. I feel violated and ripped off.waist of time and money. No way on hell I’ll hand her $150+ for box braids when she can’t get two single pigtails right.
