I wasn’t nervous for long though becase it’s a very personable environment and I felt like I was chit chatting with a friend the entire time. She is amazing, thorough, and quick. Her personality is perfect and makes it easier when showing your ‘private’ to a stranger. I wish I could give her higher than 5 stars. Ive had waxes before and my hair grows back quick and thick, not here. Hairs came back in thinner and half the volume after over a month gap of seeing her.

Scheduled an appointment a month in advance. Got charged twice for the deposit for a schedule change and was told I should have called… they didn’t answer…Tried to call the week before to recheck my appointment time. No answer. But I do get a reminder the day before. Drive to the location, can’t find it. No signs. Call 2 times with no answer. Get a text from the appointment reminder and I ask where they are. At this point I’m 10 min late for my appointment. Still not sure where to go I ask if I can still even come in for an appointment as I’m hitting 15 min past time. No response…. I wait 5 min and leave assuming I’ve been scammed. I get a text 30 min later asking where I am that they’ve come to look for me 3 times… Your lack of response made me believe this whole thing was a no go so I left after waiting 20 min past my appointment. Extremely unhappy. Drove 30 min to feel like I’ve been scammed and I’m disputing the two deposit charges.

Best wax experience hands down!! This was the most unpainful wax I have ever had. I will definitely be a forever client. She really makes sure you come out of that studio bald ok! No hair in sight. I just knew I was in trouble because I had waited longer than usual to go and get waxed but no ma’am I was in good hands. Honey she is quick and again the pain was not bad at all. If you are going to get your first wax, you definitely want to to get it from Shakilya.
