Worst salon experience ever! I have 4b hair type, and They put PERM in my hair during my wash time… they sneak it into the conditioner without your knowledge and they ruined my hair texture indefinitely! Im still trying to grow out the mess they caused!

Not professional, they talk loud in different language. 0 customer service, you go to hair salon to have a pleasant experience but they already greet you with a mad face and if you have 4c hair, that is it ! You are the talk of the day! In addition, they will talk about how they can’t do your hair and they don’t know how. Just avoid your self a bad day by not going to this salon. You guys should take classes on customer service and learn to respect every human being equally!

1st time at this shop. I went early on Saturday so there was no wait. I went in with a prepoo treatment in my hair. My hair was washed clean and felt great. Elizabeth clipped and pin curled my hair. She even left the pins in bcuz i had an event later. My hair turned out great and my curls were poppin. Elizabeth is definitely my new stylist.

Critical: QualityI got my hair done by Liz, she did not press out my hair, only blow dried and curled it, when I took out my hair pins it was a mess. The next day I politely explained what happened and I had to wait for her to be ready to fix my hair. She literally did not care. This place is extremely unprofessional. The shampoo lady was angrily washing my hair, slapping my scalp. I like to support small and local businesses, but their services waere terrible and this was not the first time I was serviced by this salon.
