Their wigs are expensive. I wouldn’t mind that if they treated people better. My mom had a terrible experience here. She spoke to a nurse at her oncologists office and they said they have heard that from multiple patients. You should be ashamed because people that come to you are going through a lot.

Just came from an appt with my mom who will be starting chemo soon. I cannot say enough wonderful things about the staff and boutique. My mom was sad and scared and skeptical she would find any wig she liked that looked natural. When we left (with her new wig and many accessories) she felt wonderful! She couldn’t stop talking about how nice everyone was and how patient and kind. We were not rushed or pressured in the slightest.

I had an amazing experience at Jags. It is tough to know that you are going to lose your hair with chemo but they were extremely patient with me and allowed me to try on several wigs and made suggestions based off of my present hair hairstyle. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

My best friend was banned today by Jags for canceling her apt today. She was diagnosed with stage four brain cancer after fighting cervical cancer. She has been given 1 year even with aggressive treatment. She cancelled once due to not feeling well since…. again, she does have brain cancer. She cancelled today because her sister came to visit who lives out of town. This store banned her. Really?? Where’s the compassion again? All of you at Jags should reread your mission statement.
