I went to Lauren one time and had my hair colored and cut. It was OK work but I chalked it up it was the first time her messing with my hair. So I scheduled out for 6 weeks to have it recolored. Well the last minute I had to reschedule due to my child being sent home from school sick. So I rescheduled with her again, well I’m a nurse and it’s in the middle of flu season, so short story is our census is up at hospital and several co workers are sick so I got called in to work. Unfortunately I contacted Lauren to reschedule and she was very rude. I understand they have a schedule but life does happen. I strongly wouldn’t recommend Lauren
