Positive: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI absolutely love the service I get from JaeUndreas’ shop. It’s great laughter & bantering always. Going there for my hair appointment is a special time because everyone talks like we’re family & friends. Jese does an amazing job with his self-made products. My hair has grown so long over the past two years under him. It was in pretty bad shape until he took & transformed my locs to something beautiful. I appreciate his skills & also his loyalty to clients. I see a few of these reviews & I’m shocked because that’s never been my experience. All of us can do better. Oh well, I pray this shop continues to do great things! I absolutely love the service I get from JaeUndreas’ shop. It’s great laughter & bantering always. Going there for my hair appointment is a special time because everyone talks like we’re family & friends. Jese does an amazing job with his self-made products. My hair has grown so long over the past two years under him. It was in pretty bad shape until he took & transformed my locs to something beautiful. Critical: Quality, ValueUnfortunately, the pictures listed and how my hair turned out are not the same … I got knotless braids and I am very dissatisfied . they might last 3 weeks tops and hopefully it does not start to loc from the knots that were made at the root of my hair . The braids are not even in size to the ends and when almost complete, the stylist had another client that she began to start on and had another member of the salon “HALFWAY” dip hair in hot water to straighten (ends of hair are still bent). I recently moved to the state and have had this service plenty of times to know that this is not quality salon work. Unfortunately, the pictures listed and how my hair turned out are not the same … I got knotless braids and I am very dissatisfied . they might last 3 weeks tops and hopefully it does not start to loc from the knots that were made at the root of my hair .
