Had such a good experience here, it’s always hard finding a hair salon that can do textured hair but Cece finessed my hair. She also gave me a much needed trim and we did highlights. I was very impressed with this salon as it was my first time there and you can tell that all the stylist are passionate about the work they do. I did a wash, color, highlights and trim which took a while and the ladies stayed past closing time and got it done. Thank you so much ladies. I’ll be back !

I recently moved to Amityville and was in need of a new Dominican Salon. Jaeliz Salon turned out to be the place for me Clean, comfy and Cute. My first experience there was a wash and Set, and the washer Marie was awesome, she was not hard on my scalp. What I like most of all about this shop is that Jae is so personable and professional. She shows a care for your hair giving you input on what is good for your hair and what isn’t good. Jae did my micro links extensions and I am in love. I received so much compliments since Sunday on my hair. I found a new spot in Jaeliz………..Thanks Jae

Completely horrible! I went in for a trim and blow dry. Asked her to trim my front layers as I already had a few layers and didn’t want the back touched. She said my ends were bad which they weren’t but she cut 3 inches off. She literally took my hair and cut it just like in the YouTube videos. She butchered my hair. It’s chopped. It’s so bad. I had shown her a video and pic of what my hair normally looked like since I came in with a pony tail. It’s beyond repair unless I get a short bob. Huge mistake. The blonde lady cut my hair. And someone else dried it to a burnt crisp. I now have to wear extensions. Someone like that can not be licensed.

Just came from getting my hair washed, trimmed, blow dried and flat ironed!!! Cici did my hair and she was amazing!!!! The way she did everything was great! I almost fell asleep while she was washing my hair; it felt sooooo good.. I have soft, wavy hair and usually getting it blown out hurts but cici had a different technique.. I didnt feel like my scalp was burning! She was so gentle with my hair . I loveeeee how it came out. I want her to do my hair when ever I go back! I would definitely recommend her to famiy and friends..

The worst place ever, do not go to this place it took 3 attendants to put on a ponytail. These crooks charged 80 bucks to just wash blow dry and put on the ponytail. They didn’t even clip or treat .Worst SERVICE

Went in there to ask a question and it was 2 ladies that work there didn’t even ask me if I needed anything so when I ask for price she just said to me well for you it’ll be $55 for a regular blowout…. Very bad service and very expensive

I went to this place for a layer cut and color.the girl Wanda totally cut so much hair cut too short and I am totally disgusted with the outcome. I. Kept telling her she was cutting too short! Before I had longer hair she cut away with a blunt scissor. My hair is uneven and too short. Chapusera! I look like a got a man cut .she was apologetic and I gave her a tip because my color was done neatly.and felt sorry for her.the owner tried to appease me but still charged me for the cut. Its not about the money. But they really messed up my hair now I have to wait months before my hair grows back. Totally disgusted with that place. Go elsewhere.the owner shd not have given me an inexperienced stylist. I actually questioned it before she started. This poor girl does not know how to layer cut. And I hate how I look.
