Critical: Professionalism, QualityDO NOT GO HERE. The lady doing my nails messed up my gel manicure so badly that another woman had to finish my manicure by filing them half way down and polishing them to look presentable. Manicure was not redone, though, and still looked bad (better but still bad). And when checking out I was charged the full price for the manicure and when I asked if I had to pay the full price since I feel like it was a halfway done manicure the woman just said “they did their best” and made me pay fullprice. DO NOT GO HERE. The lady doing my nails messed up my gel manicure so badly that another woman had to finish my manicure by filing them half way down and polishing them to look presentable. Manicure was not redone, though, and still looked bad (better but still bad). My boyfriend and I went to get a little tlc after a long week. We had an amazing experience from start to finish until the end. She asked me to pay and I explained to her that my boyfriend already paid when his tech finished his nails. It was $175 so I assumed that was our mani and pedi together. The lady who did his nails left so she didn’t explain to them (I assume) that we had already paid and would be good to go once we finished. We showed our cards and the receipt that THEY sent us and they still insisted to watch the cameras Twice (bc she didn’t catch the payment the first time she watched) it was incredibly insulting and heart breaking. after we left we had beautiful nails but a bad taste in our mouth. I would go back for the nail tech bc she did an amazing job… but the whole accusing us of not paying after we’ve shown the receipt they text us with a barcode and the last 4 of the card number…. That was definitely not how to treat people who spent almost $200.

Update: went to get a new set after I had my fill done here and all but 2 of my nails had moisture/fungus under the acrylic. It had only been 3 weeks so there is no reason it should have lifted to that extent. As you can see in the pic the nail tech slipped with the e.file and cut my finger. Not sure why it’s so hard to find good nail techs but this place ain’t it for me.

The first time I went it was great! 5 STARS I got a pedicure and a full set. This time not so much. I got a fill and I to tell the lady the acrylic on the nail was uneven. She did correct it, but I will have to go home and smooth them a out. I didn’t get polish. What a bummer. Holly is great with the waxing! Wish she did acrylic fills. Oh well. Maybe next time will be better. The people are very nice.

Nails cracked after 2 days with dip. They still charged me to fix them because I wanted them a little thinner. That’s not good business. I’ve had thinner dip from other salons that never break. Their usual dip technique is thick & not as natural looking. Acrylic nails

My wife and I have made this our favorite Nail Spa since moving to the Nations. We always do the Deluxe Mani-Pedi and Llora likes to have her eyebrows waxed as well. They will take appointments and are ready when we arrived. Always offer a beverage and give the best Mani-Pedi’s.

Seriously the best and most affordable nail place is Nash! I moved here last year and spent a lot of time looking for a new home salon- this is it! I’ve also just never experienced this kind of quality before either. My powder nails stay on for 2.5 weeks, and that’s just because I start picking at them. Try Jae- you won’t be sorry! (My latest neutral nail pictured. Ignore the dry cuticles)
