Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueEveryone is so sweet and friendly, my tape in hair extensions were frustrating me this morning, so I made an appointment to come in at 12. Although, I was occupied I missed my appointment. I did call the salon and they told me walk in and they will take care of you. I went ahead and was seated right away. I was treated very kindly, I have never done my hair with them before but I have done other services so I felt comfortable. The salon is very cozy and had great conversation. Ruba did my hair, she did an extremely good job. I would highly recommend, she was very gentle and didn’t burn my scalp once which I was impressed. The temperature on the blow dryer was nice and cool and still managing my hair. Everyone is so sweet and friendly, my tape in hair extensions were frustrating me this morning, so I made an appointment to come in at 12. Although, I was occupied I missed my appointment. I did call the salon and they told me walk in and they will take care of you. I went ahead and was seated right away. I got my hair done for all of my bridal parties, my engagement, bridal shower, and wedding done by Esraa. Her hands are magic mashallah. I will only get my hair done by her. I also got my hair cut and colored for the first time and continue to get it done by Nawal. She knows exactly what i want and amazes me every single time. The environment and vibe of the salon is so welcoming and positive. The employees and customers are friendly and complement how you look. I always get positive feedback on my hair. I will always recommend all my friends and family to her Nawals Salon!

This salon is extremely unprofessional and filthy. It’s so dirty and the workers are rude and arrogant. They give you a quote and when it’s time to pay they increase the amount after the service so your left with paying a higher amount than initially told. They continue to overbook and have you waiting all day. Nawal is rude and arrogant. She needs to spend time cleaning her filthy salon rather than gossiping about people. And they need to Upgrade their cheap products to higher quality salon products. I highlighted my hair and a week later it was so brassy I had to go back for toner and spend more money on something that could’ve been easily avoided on the first visit. They scam you into needing more services then needed. Stay away!!!!!!

Excellent owner and staff! I rarely make appointments there, but always get a great cut and style. Very friendly place too.Always a treat to go to a salon where the girls truly love what they do.

I wish I can give them less than one star. Stay away from this awful salon. Save your money and the most important thing save your hair. Sorry to say but this beauty salon has to be the worst experience ever. Awful service , Essra missed up and ruined my hair. The staff are unfriendly, an awful atmosphere . And guess what they will charge you so expensive for ruining your hair.
