This nail salon is unprofessional, when my mother and I walked in we were told that only i could get a manicure and pedicure and they didn’t have time to do my moms. They didn’t explain that they go by appointments only, they just denied her service. I got tips by the older woman in the shop, she did them very quickly and didn’t put much glue. This concerned me and four days later FIVE of my tips popped off very easily…$80 for a FULL SET just for them to pop off in four days. I’m very disappointed and will not be returning.

J’adore Nails has been my go-to nail salon for 2+ years and I refuse to go anywhere else! Jackie always does my nails and she is hands down the best nail tech out there. Even when I haven’t gotten my nails done for months, when I come back, she always remembers and greets me with a smile on her face. Sometimes I want my boyfriend to sit with me so she is always there to pull a chair up for him. Their prices are very affordable and I always appreciate how welcoming they are to everyone. Their staff is very sweet and caring so I will always return!

Unprofessional. I didn’t even get to try their service but the first response threw me off when I was called and ask to pick a color . All I wanted was a basic nude color . Her response was if you don’t see the color then we don’t have it and she walked off with an attitude and spoke to the other tech in her language . Did not even try to show me other options for colors that’s close enough . If I’m going to spend over $80 for a mani and pedi then I expect great customer service. I walked right out .

I got an acrylic nail removal, a manicure and gel paint on my natural nails. There was a little bit of a wait ( there was surprisingly only 4 ppl working on a Saturday evening) but it wasn’t anything unreasonable. The guy that did my nails was friendly and fast and I loved the outcome. It would have been 5 stars had it not been for the fact that the service was more expensive than expected even after looking over the price list. Then again, I could be being frugal. ♀️

This place is by far the best nail place I have been to in quite a while!! Very friendly atmosphere. I had my 8 month old with me and was afraid they wouldn’t be happy I had her but they were great with her. Helen was the lady who did my nails and she listed to what I wanted and did exactly what I asked for. I like my nails as short as they can possibly go and a bunch of place won’t go that short but she did. And you could tell she was giving it her 100% and still didn’t take long. I am very pleased!

On average there are only 3-4 employees that work here so yes if you do t have an appointment you may have to wait. If you walk-in & they are busy, they always try to set you an appointment to return at a later time in the day. My husband get a pedicure at least once a month here & refuses to go anywhere else. He has horrible ingrown toenails & these ladies always take very good care to get it all cut out without a lot of pain. This place is wonderful & our family will continue to return.I have read several reviews & people state “ they got an attitude after I told what I wanted & then I changed my mind “….. I have spoken with several nail techs in other salons & it absolutely amazes me the lack of respect for a customer to sit for 45 min getting nails done & complete for them to state I don’t like the color change it! Really!! No wonder people get attitudes with you. If you choose it own it! Come back next week & get it changed. On average there are only 3-4 employees that work here so yes if you do t have an appointment you may have to wait. The manicures and pedicures that Jackie and Amy provide at this lovely salon are outstanding. The salon is immaculately clean.They also do my eyebrows and upper lip wax, are always careful not to cause pain and my eyebrows are shaped beautifully. I especially love the new nail colors they have for the holidays! My toes are a beautiful purple color for Halloween. I can’t wait to go back and get my Thanksgiving and Christmas colors!
