Nice nail bar. They accommodated a scheduled group of four for manicures/pedicures. The staff was friendly and efficient and offered complimentary drinks. Decent costs. Overall we all had a good time

They up-charge after every visit. Very frustrating especially when you’re on a budget. They give you the book with their prices and tell you your total before they begin. Once they finish they charge you more. I received a “regular fill” which is listed $28. But after the work was done she charged me $60 for a regular fill. I immediately told her that that isn’t what she said nor is that what the price listed says she started talking in her language and said “well we charged you $40 instead of $28 for your fill because we had to use our products, then we charged you an extra $10 for coming with long nails, then charge an extra $5 for already having coffin shape, and lastly we charged you an extra $5 for color change” I NEVER got a color change, I asked about the price BEFORE and DURING the service. And to have to pay $110 for a regular fill and a classic pedicure was beyond me.

I’ve been going here for about a year, and my favorite nail tech left suddenly. I kept going to try and find a new tech, but unfortunately this past Sunday wasn’t great. Several of their employees were in their phones with the sound on speaker. I asked one to please put his game in silent, and he did at first, but after a few minutes, he put it back on speaker but a little quieter. My nails are okay, but I spent almost $100 after tip for the employees to be on their phones on speaker and distracted by their devices. My manicure tech never came back for the last step of my dip because she was on her phone. I’m not sure if I’ll go back.

I came in an hr before closing and wanted a pedi and dip manicure. Everyone already had a client but did not turn me away. The lady that did my nails still took her time and made sure my nails were done right with no attitude. I really appreciate that. This is my second time visiting and I will continue to come back because they are professional and make sure you are satisfied. Thank you 100 times!

My favorite nail bar in DFW! My husband and I come in every 2-3 weeks for pedicures and I get gel nails. They have a great variety of nail colors and really take the time to do it all right. Check out my fall gel nails, love them!

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI went to get a fill and color change at this place not even 24hours later the acrylic is coming up so I went back to the shop the lady was saying they will just fix it but I had no time due to me having to go to work so I politely asked for a refund and and didn’t give me the amount I paid back. The last two pictures are after I washed dishes. Moral of the story they have cheap products and I would NOT recommend them at allService: Acrylic nailsI went to get a fill and color change at this place not even 24hours later the acrylic is coming up so I went back to the shop the lady was saying they will just fix it but I had no time due to me having to go to work so I politely asked …More

I used to love this salon and it had been a favorite for years, but recently they lost several of their best staff members and I have started having bad experiences. My toe got a nasty infection after a pedicure I got and it hurt to walk for a while. I gave them another chance and it seems like now they’re training a bunch of new nail techs to do acrylics since only a couple could do them before. I am all for being practice for someone who is learning and don’t mind an imperfect manicure, but not when it’s $100 for a full set and $50 for a fill. That’s just insane. It’s not the worst manicure I’ve ever had, but if I’m spending $100 I can and will find better elsewhere.
