Amazing nails here!! My sister and I went to go get a fill and we left so pleased! We both got different lengths and shapes and they both came out absolutely great, we will definitely be coming here again. Had a wonderful experience for my first visit. Lisa was absolutely incredible. So gentle and kind. The Lux pedicure is to die for. So relaxing. Gel full set turned out beautifully. I did not get the services that I requested. I asked for gel Polish change without a manicure and then they charged me for a manicure. The gel Polish on my fingers did not match the nail Polish on my toes and when I commented about it Tina, who waited on me said it is the same color. The tips of my nails after they applied the shellac were filed and it scratched the paint color. My total should have been $45 but I was charged 65 and then had to leave a tip. I won’t be going back. this is the 3rd time I’ve had unhappy service.

I usually don’t leave reviews but after spending over a $100 for my nails to get done and it’s constantly chipping off. I don’t have time to come back every other day to get it fixed. I would recommend that the staff listen to what us people pay for I asked for dip and she gave me a gel polish. This has happened several times. The man manager usually tries to fix it but I just don’t have time to keep coming back. Horrible.

Did not like the fact that on top of paying for the full set and a pedicure, they charged an additional $40 for gel polish, $10 for matte top coat and $5 for shaping my nails! (short nails) After complaining to the manager she agreed to refund $10 for matte polish only if I allowed her to remove the matte polish and replace with shiny top coat. Buyer beware. I will never go there again!

Horrible! I had a gel manicure appointment. The tech was rushing so fast she took a literal chunk out of 2 of my fingers with the cuticle cutters and then sprayed said chunk with alcohol. The tools were not autoclaved just given a quick spritz with alcohol which is disgusting. She was unpleasant and the service was terrible. Fortunately for her i didn’t catch her name. I will never return!

Again I tried and this place failed MISERABLY – My daughters homecoming she decided last minute ( 3 days before) she wanted her nails done- So I tried to book at our normal salon but they were booked- I called a bunch of places that couldn’t do it early enough so I bit the bullet even after my last horrible experience and went here – my daughter got a tip with DIP powder – It cracked within the first twenty minutes at the dance – by the next day 4 of the nails were cracked and broken. I don’t have time to take her back within the first few days so now after not even a full week she took them off – Such a waste of my money –
