Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI have been to several nail shops in Cartersville over the past 20 years and I have never paid $50 for a Gel Fill-in!!! I didn’t even paid that when I got one there 3-4 weeks ago! I went in and asked for the same thing I got last time a fill-in and picked out my Gel nail polish and paid $33. When she said $50, I said oh no I only got a fill in. She said the gel polish is $20 and it’s $7 more because my nails are long? I said oh no just paint them clear I will go somewhere else! I took a picture of the pricing sign and nowhere on it does it say you are charged for longer nails when getting a fill in! Now I’ve paid more before when getting a full set if I got them longer but never when getting a fill in! I will be going to Evelyn from here on out! The tech immediately asked what I was there to get done. When I told her, she said she’s not taking clients today. I asked her if it was appointment only and she nodded. She didn’t even offer to have me come back or call to set up an appointment. She just wanted me to leave. This is the second time that I’ve been denied service by Luxury Nails and I’m beyond fed up with their lack of professionalism. Friday, May 22nd, I walked into this establishment to get my nails done. As soon as I walked in, I was met with coldness, and not even a greeting. It wasn’t busy.
