Critical: Punctuality, QualityAt first I thought it was a pretty decent nail salon, I’ve been several times since moving to the area. On two different occasions I went to get a fill in and had to wait about an hour even though I had an appointment. Both times I left dissatisfied sign the quality of the set. I asked the tech to file one of my nails down after she completed her job because it was super uneven w/ the rest of the set and was asked to come back the next day. At first I thought it was a pretty decent nail salon, I’ve been several times since moving to the area. On two different occasions I went to get a fill in and had to wait about an hour even though I had an appointment. Both times I left dissatisfied sign the quality of the set. My nail tech Nove is the most thoughtful and considerate person ever. She listens and gives me exactly what I’m looking for. Her work and shaping is the best that I’ve ever had. She spends hours on my nails to give me that perfect set. The products here are amazing, the acrylics are strong and they never break on top of that this place is extremely sanitary.
