However, Yolanda was great & I enjoyed the Pretty Kitty Package that she offers! She’s both professional and personable which allowed us to have great conversation during my visit! Fantastic place! Location is great. Spa is super nice and the room is very clean and sanitary. Yolanda is amazing! She is super thorough and very professional. She explains a lot about what she’s doing, talks about different wax products and why she uses certain waxes in certain places. She gives directions well and is super patient. She makes you feel comfortable through the whole process and that’s high on my list. I would highly recommend her. Wish I could give her more than 5 stars ⭐️ because she definitely deserves a rating above anyone else!!!
