Critical: QualityI’ve been here twice before and I usually love my nails but my favorite nail tech left the salon and so I went to new guy. This guy cut my nails too short, I asked for a medium length nails and they just came out insanely short. He also cut me and filed my nails so uneven with the acrylic being lopsided half of the time. I included just some pictures, majority of my nails are uneven and larger on one side. When I showed him that he cut one of my nails un evenly instead of him fixing them he just told me when he filed them down that they would be even. When he filed them down and finished the nails they still weren’t even but I just give up. I’ve been here twice before and I usually love my nails but my favorite nail tech left the salon and so I went to new guy. This guy cut my nails too short, I asked for a medium length nails and they just came out insanely short. He also cut me and filed my nails so uneven with the acrylic being lopsided half of the time. Critical: QualityI am a retired nail tech who decided to try Jade’s as a treat to myself rather than doing my own. My first visit 2 wks ago for the initial set was ok, but when the tech applied the tips most were not the correct size for the free edge (too small). The product naturally followed the tip base, so rather than the full free edge look they were slightly canted. Today’s visit for fills was with a different tech and very disappointing. Not only did she remove my French manicure polish as well as my Halloween nail art with a drill bit (?), she proceeded to use the SAME drill bit to prep the product for fills. The result: this left latent black polish on the fill line that she actually covered with the nail product. Also, I had informed her about the improper tip fit by the previous tech, yet she followed the existing tip body when filing which left the appearance of crooked semi-coffin shaped tips. After returning home I was forced to shorten my nails to alleviate the crooked appearance. Needless to say, I will NOT be a returning client. I am a retired nail tech who decided to try Jade’s as a treat to myself rather than doing my own. My first visit 2 wks ago for the initial set was ok, but when the tech applied the tips most were not the correct size for the free edge (too small). The product naturally followed the tip base, so rather than the full free edge look they were slightly canted. Today’s visit for fills was with a different tech and very disappointing.
