Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueSide note: nails are literally falling off WITH NO PAIN AND WITHOUT ME HITTING THEM; toe polish is chipping ONCE AGAIN as I type this.It is very unfortunate that after months of coming to this shop, I have to write this review on them. I have gotten some of my best sets done here by Tony. Loved them. They lasted for weeks, nearly a full month. The designs were amazing! But recently, the quality of their work and professionalism has dwindled down. I came here last weekend for my birthday. Just wanted a gel polish change done on my toes and an acrylic full set with gel polish. For the total to come out to $130, I would’ve expected the set to last more than 3 days and for the polish on my toes to not be clumpy and chipping by the second day. Not only that but the service was not up to par at all. I cannot recall the name of the man who did my nails and toes, although Tony did the polish on my nails, but the other guy rushed through the entire process. He did not get all of the previous polish off of my toes or the sides of my toes, thus leaving it clumpy. He then packed polish on top of the old polish and did not clean up the sides of my toes. Pedicure or not, every polish change I have gotten prior to this has included them clipping the cuticles and shaping up the nail. For $40, it should most definitely not be any different this time. My nails came out crooked, however, Tony made them look nice with the design I asked for. Unfortunately, the next day, 2 nails were already coming up and the polish on my toes was chipping on top of already being clumpy. I am a very passive person so I tend to just deal with things as they are, but this was simply not a fair trade as $130 was spent on this service. I called a few days later as they were not open on the next day, and they told me to come back so that they could fix it that day. The attitude from the original guy was very apparent. I said nothing of this and just told them the issue. He fixed the two nails, then as I was getting my polish change on my toes, he told me with attitude that the polish was clumpy because I didn’t get a pedicure and there was too much cuticle. What nail tech does not clip the cuticles and shape the nail when doing a polish change? My mother is a licensed esthetician app (though she is currently running her own business aside from that), she was taught to clip cuticles when doing a polish change so why is it any difference now? There isn’t. I also asked him if there would be a cost if I were to decide to change the color, just inquiring, and he got defensive and saidto me “I am doing this for free, you can’t change the color unless you want to pay.” Again, this was said with attitude shortly before he rudely said that I should’ve gotten a full pedicure if I didn’t want clumps in my polish. He then clipped my cuticles and correctly placed the polish on my toes how he should’ve done from the beginning. It is very unfortunate that I will no longer be coming here for any services. Tony is amazing, but it is not worth having issues like these with other workers. Critical: PunctualityIt took TWO HOURS for me to just get a classic pedicure & a redip on my own nails. No fake tips added to them. TWO HOURS!!!!!!!!! & my nails are uneven. I usually love this place but this was a terrible experience. TERRIBLE. I got there at 5:15 & did not leave until 7:30. They close at 6:30…… so I was there for more then two hours.
